• I had a great experience at Urbana… from the check in (such a pleasant front desk support person) to the tea bar, to my Massage therapist Lankan and Esthetician Sarah. Lankan was attentive and made me feel relaxed. Sarah was understanding of my needs and knowledgeable with the Microderm facial. I felt so much better when I left.

• My husband and I were in Charlotte celebrating our anniversary when Hurricane Helene hit, delaying our return to Tennessee. With a day of unexpected free time, the friendly staff at Urbana Spa was able to squeeze us in for a last-minute couples massage, and it turned out to be the best experience! Both therapists were phenomenal, and the charcuterie board was amazing. I regret not asking where to buy that cherry blossom tea because it was so delicious! Thank you for accommodating us at the last moment and for such an incredible experience. When we return to Charlotte, you’ll be our first stop!
