• The fantastic team at Urbana in Charlotte is thoughtful and made my time their very comfortable and welcoming. I loved the salt room and sauna...and I can't wait for the addition of a cold/ice aspect of the elements package.

• The facility is very nice, the welcome glass of wine was a great touch to begin relaxing before the massage, the treatment room was perfect and the therapist was fantastic...asked the right questions and did exactly as agreed. All great.
