• WONDERFUL: being offered tea upon arrival (pomagranate tea was delicious), lovely woman at the reception desk, treatment room was relaxing and safe OTHER: massage by Karen was good but a few things detracted from the experience. After pumping lotion into her hands, she once tossed the bottle on my bum and another time onto my legs. Kind of odd and startling! Also, does Karen have double-jointed thumbs? As she worked, I could hear a rhyming clicking sound and could "feel" the clicks too. This likely isn't something she can help and I certainly don't hold it against her. Just a comment. Karen did a great job addressing pain in my traps 👏
