• The services and customer service was excellent. I appreciated the COVID precautions and mask wearing by all. A couple of recommendations are to work with the building owners to better secure the windows to reduce the rattling noise caused by the traffic outside; and I think having the facial after the massage and scrub would be a better order to avoid rinsing/rubbing off the great facial products. Overall This was an awesome way to start my birthday celebration and look forward to returning.
