• So many things! 1) I was a customer at the original Urbana location. Love that the lobby is replicated in the new facility. Nice touch! 2) The front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant. 3) The salt room was clean and a great experience. 4) My massage therapist (Caryn) was phenomenal!!
