• The environment of your spa as well as the ability to disengage while there was extremely beneficial to me. Sophia was wonderful and made me feel safe, comfortable and physically better. I could not have asked for a better experience!

• Great service, great prices, and very accommodating even on short notice. Tea and wine are a nice touch. If I had one suggestion, though it didn't affect my recommendation of Urbana, either make transition more comfortable or give patrons the option to stay in the lounge between services if they are comfortable doing so, giving the option of the transition area if they would rather have more privacy.
