• Ambience is top notch. Loved tea bar and lounge. Complimentary drinks were icing on the cake. The services I received were excellent. The beds were warm and comfortable. Two minor inconveniences were that the head rest padding on massage chair kept slipping and my cheek bone was pressing into metal bar. I was the last apt and checkout felt rushed (packing up personal belongings and getting ready to go) staff/provider were not rude although not overly friendly. • I loved loved my Massage Therapist. She was awesome for me at the couple's massage. BUT I was disappointed with my boyfriend's Massage Therapist 😪. He was very non-responsive. Didn't ask questions. Try to find out areas in my boyfriend he should concentrate on? NOTHING? It was my boyfriends birthday so it was disappointing to see he was not getting the superb massage I was being given!! My girl was FABULOUS!! I wish he could have had someone like her. To be honest I was very very disappointed by the guy he had?? If he was new, he needs ALOT more training-- the girl I had should train him because she was superb!!! Next time I plan to tip her twice as much. 😊👍❤️
