• Everyone had a great experience and while I enjoyed my massage, it felt incomplete. My masseuse did not massage my shoulders, neck and chest plate at the end. I have been getting massages monthly since October 2011 stateside and internationally and my massages always end this way. So, I was a little disappointed and was left wanting more when this did not happen. I still had a great experience at Urbana with my bridal party. I even plan on visiting again the next time I'm in Charlotte. I'll try out one of the masseuses my bridesmaids raved about.
