• I have been a member of Spa Urbana now for about 5 years and it's been a JOY!! I love coming for my spa appointment because you all have the best staff EVER!! Everyone is so very attentive and so very helpful which makes it even more exciting and relaxing to come there. I love each the treatments and the Therapist who perform the services. It's amazing every single time. I adore Sarah who does my facial. I love her wonderful and beautiful personality and spirit!

• 1. Front desk workers are consistently fantastic 🩷 2. LOVE the warm towels on my back and feet, but it's always odd to me when the towels are sloppily thrown on the floor afterwards

• Everything was phenomenal from the massage to the facial. The salt cave was very refreshing and rejuvenating. First time going to a spa and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Urbana Spa for a wonderful birthday experience
