• I've been a customer for the last 15 years. I used to love the place and was sad to see the place go down the last few years. The front desk staffs were so irresponsible and mindless. I have lost so many gift cards because of their irresponsibilty. I just learnt that two of my $25 gift vouchers had expiry date on them. Which they never bothered to mention and treat like the customers like charity BUT so glad to see it turn around in the new office. The front desk girls were so helpful and kind. They return the call worked with me and also mentioned the expiry date on the cards and mentioned the new company policy. I almost lost faith I. This place and was planning to move to Ballantyne hotel which is closer to me. Glad you guys stepped up your game and running it smoothly and the right way.

• Great experience for both my mom and I. Can't wait to come back! My mom is disabled and was extremely comfortable during her experience! Wish y'all had an active Instagram so I could tag you all. I know a lot of Charlotte influencers who would pay to come or even on discount to post about their experience. Something to think about!
