Yoga at urban zen always provides a challenge or an alternate option for different abilities. I also like how they have a focus for the session- it might be hamstrings or shoulders etc and it feels really focussed and you can feel the improvement!
Classes are meaningful, connected, challenging, and instructors are genuine and amazing

The staff are warm and friendly. The classes are a great size and I always feel like I have been encouraged and the instructors are aware of what I'm doing. Lovely environment that I enjoy entering every time.
