The entire space was clean and organized. The staff was helpful and friendly. The meditation workshop was incredible.
Great teacher and always enough space in the studio
Instructor was awesome. Best I've had in a long time. Wish there were more warm classes because I deal with burst capillaries with the hot classes. My commute time makes it hard for me to get to the 5 pm classes, so I don't come as often as I would like because of the blood face issue. Not attractive.
Very clean studio. A lot of class options. Wonderful and knowledgeable teachers. Very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
