I love the fact that you guys have Jelly Beans in the lobby and offer drinks... the Jelly beans is key...! The atmosphere was very comforting as well, especially for a guy that has only gotten waxed once before. Places like this have always made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. But Urban Wax makes it a point that every one is welcomed here no matter who you are. Keep up the amazing work! You now have a loyal customer.
