I chose that score for many reasons. The customer service is always great and consistent. Every receptionist is welcoming and offers drinks in multiple locations. All of the wax specialists provide genuine care, we always have great conversations, and I feel comfortable. Urban Waxx has definitely stepped up their staff diversity.
