Jennifer is a gifted professional . She does the fastest , best and absolutely painless Brazilian wax . Never any problems with my skin afterwards . Alexis is friendly , pleasant and efficient. The lobby , treatment room and restroom are spotlessly clean and there is an ever changing , fun retail display . Always a positive experience at Timberland Urban Waxx with Jennifer and Alexis ! I highly recommend them .

Excellent customer service, took me early as she was available. I love the under arm wax formula. LOVE it. Prices should go up, bravo on deciding to raise them! I reserve 10s for designer/luxury salons. I'm going to make my mom have her underarms waxed because I know she will fall in love with it like I have.
