This was my first time coming into Urban Waxx and it was a fantastic experience. I was greeted right away and offered a beverage. My appointment with Meghan was wonderful, she was friendly, checked in to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and I left with smooth legs and was happy to setup my next appointment.

First, UM MAMOSA?! YESSSS! After a long day of work i went to get my brows waxed and was offered a mamosa, so fancy ♥️ made my day and blew me away. And then after my eye brow wax i got a full review of the products offered by the front desk lady (forgot her name) but i spent a half hour after my app just going over products and wasnt pressured to buy anything at all! Another score!! ♥️ the atmosphere is amazing and i LOVEEE that you guys offer tampons and lady wipes in the bathroom. Huge plus ♥️♥️♥️
