Lindsey was professional and confident during the session. Engaged in pleasant conversation, but also allowed time for quiet. I'm a very hairy dude and she worked hard to complete the full body waxx in the time scheduled. Going back every 4 weeks for maintance all summer.

Ella gave me the best bikini wax I’ve ever had, she immediately made me feel at ease. We laughed the whole time through and I would recommend Ella to anyone who is feeling nervous about getting a waxing service. Compared to previous times, this wax didn’t hurt at all.
