Walking into the store for the first time I was a little nervous. I've never waxed before, but by the time I finished checking in I felt way better. The front desk helped answer all my questions, even the probably obvious questions in a super friendly and understanding way. Once it was time for me to go into the wax room, I felt so comfortable being there and the woman that was waxing me was so kind and made every accommodation to help me stay relaxed. The wax was the only painful part and that was due to me never being waxed before. It was overall a comfortable and very friendly experience.

The staff is very friendly before my wax always offering a drink while I wait. My wax technician is incredible and friendly. Always very efficient and giving advice on how to get the best results for our next session.
