I felt comfortable, confident, and well-cared-for. I've been waxed before, but my experience with Urban Waxx was by far the best. Banessa was so thorough in her waxing. The wax itself is so well developed that Banessa got every single hair and it hurt much less than other hard wax I've experienced.
