I had just gotten off a 48 hour shift at work and I was completely fried. I went to the wrong urban wax location by mistake… Not only did they not charge me a last-minute cancellation fee, but they sent me up with another appointment at timberland. I am eternally grateful

Honestly the waxer made me feel so comfortable and not nervous. I told her i was nervous because it was my first time and she so nice about it and carried the conversation the whole distracting me. She also was quick and it 100% did not hurt like I thought ha!
