• Stephanie Byrne is the best. I was very nervous as I have never had a Brazilian wax before. She immediately made me at ease and was great at making conversation so I was distracted and not tense. Stephanie also provided so much useful information about waxing and I love the serum that she recommended for after care. I couldn't believe how fast the time went by and it was a pleasure to go to Urban Waxx. Such a beautiful office - the only place I will go!

• You feel pampered the moment you step foot in the door. It's always so clean and trendy! Every appointment is extremely efficient, yet they go above and beyond to give you the royal treatment. It's a huge relief to know my brows will look beautiful. Not to mention my waxer is superb and gives me hugs :)
