Customer Reviews Back to Business Profile

• After having an emergency with my pet, the wonderful staff was so accommodating and was able to get me right in a 1/2 hour before my appointment. I have been going to the Tanasbourne location for a few years now and would never go anywhere else! Everyone is wonderful and the salon itself is kept very clean. I HIGHLY recommend!

• I saw Janelle for my very first Brazilian, ever. Wow! I walked in the door a ball of nerves, and left with a huge smile. Janelle is knowledgeable, professional, caring and an absolute riot! Who would've thought I'd laugh while getting waxed?! Thanks Janelle and Urban Waxx for making my experience amazing! Customer for life!

• Urban Waxx is the only place I will get waxed. The place is always clean. They do an excellent and thorough job. The staff is friendly and professional. I have tried other places that may have special discounts but I prefer the quality at Urban waxx!

• Had a relaxing appointment at UW Tanasbourne. I arrived about an hour early and was welcomed into the lobby by the friendly front desk agent. Michelle finished early and was able to take me back right away. Awesome staff, and waxers who enjoy their jobs. A great environment & a team that I highly recommend.
