Oh. My. Gosh! First time for me with a Brazilian wax and I was quite nervous. Jannell put COMPLETELY at ease, helping not to think at all about what was happening. She explained exactly what was to happen, made jokes during the wax, was uber-professional AND fun to talk with, and just made my first experience 110% awesome and easy-going. THANK YOU, JANELLE!
