• Lindsay was very kind; she explained things thoroughly and the biology behind them. She ensured I was informed and participatory at every step. Front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) was lovely; friendly and welcoming. The visit was enjoyable (well as much as anything can be when hair is being ripped out 😉) and an all around easy experience.
