• Waxer had great bedside manners and attitude. I felt very comfortable and I was pleased with the results of my wax. It was fairly quick and not as painful .

• This was my first time at Urban Waxx and the first time I’ve had my eyebrows waxed in over a decade. Raichelle was recommended to me by a friend. And I will now be recommending Raichelle to other friends. She was warm, friendly, and courteous. She made me feel super comfortable from the moment we met. Her work is incredibly thorough. You can tell that she takes great care and pride in her craft. I’ll definitely be booking another wax with her again.

• Ariana was fantastic, quick, and we had great conversations the whole time which always helps with the pain management aspect!
