• The ladies at the Tanasbourne location were beyond accommodating. I’d just had the worst haircut and color of my LIFE, and in addition to making me look like a Medieval minstrel, it drew attention directly to my unkept eyebrows. I called in a panic at 7:05, less than an hour before closing time, asking if someone could see me and clean up those nasty caterpillars. They worked me in within 20 minutes. I had no childcare and they let my 2 year old sit in the room with me while my poor brows received some TLC. I was in such a state of distress that I didn’t catch the aestheticians name, but she was WONDERFUL. She didn’t fuss over me, and while agreeing that the haircut wasn’t the best, she did make me feel better about it obviously being a temporary thing and finding humor in a crappy situation. She did a fabulous job, and really made me feel 100 times better. This is why I’ll never go anywhere else for my waxing needs. Thank you!!!
