• Their customer service is fantastic. They make you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in, from the check- in process to the variety of delicious beverages they offer while you wait (which I've never had to wait that long so often don't have time to even drink my full choice because they never make me wait longer than a minute). They are 39 warm and make you feel very comfortable. My waxer and I had a very pleasant conversation during my service. I felt confident she knew what she was doing and she was very gentle! The check out/ payment process is quick and easy, too. Not to mention all of the wonderful products they have displayed near the front desk. I love the ambiance. It's a little pricier compared to some of their competitors but well worth a few extra bucks for the overall better experience!
