• Everyone was very accommodating and friendly!! I usually make an appointment but had a window of free time and really wanted to have my brows shaped. They were able to get me in within 20 minutes and offered me a glass of wine while I was waiting. The person who did my service was very friendly!

• Banessa was amazing! Super friendly and didn’t miss a hair. (Which had been a problem the last few times....which i did find out if that happens I can come back for a touch up. So that is on me.:-) Also the receptionist (I don’t know if I caught her name, so sorry.) was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the products and was the one to inform me that I could come back if anything was ever missed. She also took the time to look up who I had seen in years past and offered me some recommendations for scheduling online next time. I am a mom and of course called last minute this time...She told me to head over and she would see me in 5 min as I live around the corner. I couldn’t believe they could get me in and so quickly too?! When I got there they both greeted me with a smile and Banessa had me in and out and back to my family in no time! And she did amazing too! Oh and when I was checking out I had loyalty points/$$ to spend so I also got a super cute pair of handmade earrings for $8! And I love them. Honestly the best experience I have had in years! Thank you again ladies and Urban Waxx of Tannesbourn for giving me faith again! :-)
