If was my first experience getting waxed and I was very nervous. Elena immediately set my nerves at ease and made me feel comfortable. She made the atmosphere relaxed by keeping a professional but fun conversation going the whole time. That distracted me from any pain, which was minimal, all things considered. I was also very pleased with the service itself and feel that Elena did an efficient and thorough job!

The experience was great from entering the facility to exiting. The staff was very professional and welcoming. I loved that you guys had snacks and drinks for customers that's probably one of my favorite parts honestly. I also love that it was pretty fast so I was able to get there and leave in a good timeframe. I also love that the owner has their own products available to buy in the store which I purchased as well.
