Always greeted and offered something to drink while I wait. Always get help with product Recs but never pressured to buy anything even though I have every time I've been in. Eli, I think, I've seen and feel so comfortable. Easy to chat with while waxing so it's not awkward and goes by so fast and painless. And always happy with the results and how long it lasts!!!
