Being the first time going to a different place to get waxed other than my cousin I put my full trust and comfortability into they were busy so I decided to go to Urban Waxx! Even being late to my first appointment with Urban Waxx, the receptionist was VERY understanding and patient including the woman who waxed me was super nice and kept giving me words of encouragement about how well I was handling the pain of my first underarm waxing.

I was offered a tea, mimosa or water before my appointment when I checked in. The receptionist suggested I look around and showed me where the restroom was if needed. Alexa made me feel comfortable and did a great job on my wax. It was the experience from start to finish.
