Such a great experience from as soon as I walked in the door to when I left. The sweet GEM at the front was so inviting and we had a great conversation while I waited for my waxer. I was a model for a waxer in training and she did great. She was nervous to do my brows, but they look amazing! I've gotten tons of compliments already. Love this business :)

Staff are helpful and friendly. They don't pressure you to buy products but seem very knowledgeable about them. They take their time with good service and feel present, not rushed.
