I always have a good experience at urban whack but this is it was especially moved. No pun intended. My waxxer was friendly and just the right level of talkative to distract me during the procedure but still professional. Lovely office too and the receptionist was efficient and really nice

It was my first time getting waxed and I got a Brazilian and I was very scared at first but the lady was very very professional very fast knew exactly what she was doing and she helped to keep me distracted she made me feel comfortable and she was funny and the whole process went really smooth and fast I love my wax and my boyfriend loves my wax Excellent work
