Excellent service from scheduling to reminder call, check-in to the service itself. Very knowledgeable wax tech, Elena. I have a lot of physical challenges and am recovering from a total knee replacement and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout, even offering me an extra pillow if needed. Knowledgeable, gentle, and fun to work with. Highly recommend!
