• I get my brows done by Psyche, and she keeps notes so she always knows what I want done with my brows. I like them dark, and she selects the perfect shade and tidies up the shape. I have had less-than-perfect experiences at Urban Wax before, but not with Psyche. The business is comfortable, clean, and I really appreciate the complimentary snacks and beverages. I'm always happy to arrive early for my appointment and just relax with a sparkling water. I don't even live in the area anymore but when I come to Portland, I go to Urban Wax.
