• Urban Waxx NW 18th is one of my favorite places to treat myself in Portland. The atmosphere is relaxing and indulgent, and I am always offered a nice beverage or snacks when I arrive. It is one of those businesses where every staff member feels so well-trained, I feel totally comfortable booking with someone new if I have a tight schedule. My most recent visit for a brow wax and tint was with Sierra, who was one of the friendliest and personable people ever (and she *knows* her brow skills). I was also very surprised to find that my points earned me $10 off - a nice bonus that I didn't expect! Thanks for a great experience as always.
