• I started coming here years ago when the owner saved me one night from a bad waxing experience from another establishment. She completely fixed what was needed and didn't charge me anything. She was so lovely and understanding; and as a result, I started getting all my waxing done at Urban Wax from that point forward. But over the last couple years I had just gotten too busy to make it in. Yesterday however, I came in for the first time since I'd taken a break and the service and experience was just as amazing as I'd remembered it to be. Mallory was so warm and gracious and did a wonderful job that was flawless and painless. I love and recommend Urban Wax to anyone who is in need and wants a wonderful waxing experience.

• I visited Urban Waxx for my first time, and it was lovely! It is a very welcoming, clean (but cozy) salon. The complimentary beverages are a great touch, too. Raichelle did my wax and she was very personable and did a perfect job! This was one of the best waxes I have honestly had in a VERY long time. Highly recommend!
