• "Urban Waxx is wonderful. This was my first time going to a place that focused on waxing instead of a salon and instead of being intimidating like I had imagined, it was anything but. Kendall did my eyebrows and she did not disappoint. She knew exactly what she was doing and asked several times if I liked how she was doing it/what I wanted. She in no way pressured me to get a tint or buy any products. Pricing was good. The place itself was wonderful. It has a great presence inside. Very relaxing and inviting. • I was really nervous to go in for my first appointment. I had never waxed before but was really scared of the damage other body hair removal methods can cause (razors mostly). Let’s just say that I’m male, and was going in for a “crack wax”... I was so self conscious but the team made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and NORMAL- yes guys, many men enjoy waxing services and it is so much safer for your skin then shaving. My waxer was professional and respectful, too. Plus, free mimosas!! I’ll be sending all of my friends-of all gender identities- to Urbanwaxx. :)
