My wax was horrible - took 15 minutes to do an entire back...while not the entire thing because of all the spots that were missed. Such a waste of money. But it's close by and I got a La Croix out of it, so it doesn't get a zero.

For starters, my brows are difficult and not your typical natural color. However, Psyche has been so amazing to work with in bringing new life to my brows! I had no idea that moving in a different direction with them would look so much better until I started going to her. I love that she likes to try new things and clearly really cares about what she does. She's very good at it!
On top of that, Psyche is also such a kind person, with a very calming and empathetic personality. As someone who also works in a client heavy industry, I truly appreciate her work ethic and how she treats her clients with so much respect and care.

I've been to both the NW and Division locations and there's just no way I could recommend this place for brows. I have a brow package and am too cheap to skip the last two brow waxes, but I just cannot find anyone who does brows really well. I've seen Kira, Mallory, Psyche, A M, and Tessia. Psyche and Tessia were the best of the group. My last visit was by far the worst and after more than 10 visits to both locales it seemed reasonable to write a negative review to help others. There's alot of small hairs left behind that I end up plucking. The lighting seems dim to me and I have a hard time seeing my brows until I'm out in natural light. I always leave disappointed and can't wait to be done with my brow package and head elsewhere. Please PM me if you've got a good suggestion.

Our ultimate goal is for every guest to leave the salon feeling ecstatic about the experience and results, so I am so sorry to hear you've been unhappy with your brow services all this time! This is certainly well below the standard of service and results that we want to provide, so we will certainly do everything we can to make sure your upcoming visits are up to our and your standards!
I know you mentioned having the best results with Psyche and Tessia, so I've made a note for you to only be scheduled with one of them moving forward. While it's always our goal to provide a consistent experience between all Waxers, we find that it's best to stick with one Waxer for Brow Shaping services so that the Waxer is able to get a really good feel for what you are looking for and then provide those consistent results on every visit.
I know you mentioned wanting to go elsewhere after your Series, which of course is completely up to you, but I would really love the opportunity to see how you would feel about the results after consistently seeing one Waxer a few more times. In case you would be open to this, I've added an extra service onto your current Series, in order to provide a complimentary Brow Shaping visit for you. I've also made notes for the Waxer to be VERY careful not to miss any of the fine hairs that you mentioned, and to make sure you've able to utilize the maglamp in the room with the mirror AND to look in the mirror in our lobby where there's more natural light so that you're able to double check nothing was missed.
