Super friendly greetings as soon as I walked in. I was offered refreshments as well. The interior is clean and modern. Cheraiah was really fun to talk to and did an amazing job on my brows especially. Good experience from start to finish. Urban Waxx seems plus friendly as well and that's important for a lot f us big gals.
