I was surprised that I was accommodated so easily by a same day appointment, the staff are charming and gracious and work to create an inviting space for clientele. After more that a year of neglect of my eyebrows, I expected my skin to react badly. I am fair skinned and blotchy marks will stand out for hours. In this case I did not look as if I had just had my eyebrows waxed and shaped. I am also impressed with how much more elegant I look and feel. I am delighted that a random impulse turned into a really good decision.
