Welcoming staff with snacks and a drink offered in the waiting room. Super cute décor throughout. Emily answered all my questions and explained each step before proceeding. She was kind and funny! Made time fly feeling like two girlfriends doing beauty routines instead of a quiet stranger awkwardly grabbing your legs out of nowhere. The wax used was not your traditional yellow wax with white cloth strips and was much easier on my sensitive skin. She wore gloves and there was no double dipping!
