Emily made me feel comfortable about the service I was receiving. I'd never been waxed before, and told her that I was kind of nervous. She stayed talking with me through the whole service which helped sort of distract me. I'll definitely be going back to her!

I've been to this location twice with 2 different people and both have been great, including reception people ... personable and friendly, made me comfortable, (relatively) painless, and I'm happy with the wax. No after issues. Also very clean/comfortable/not too cold , and the room smelled good! :-)
