It was my first wax since quarantine and I was nervous because a) I thought it would be painful and b) It wasn't my normal place, but every other wax place from here to Portland seemed to be booked. Diane made it the best experience and I have found my new regular place! It was pretty close to pain free, she didn't unnecessarily upsell me on products I didn't need, and you're right down the street from my house. I also appreciate how diligent you are about being clean and safe, made me feel comfortable. Glad I found you guys!
