The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They allow appropriate appointment time lengths to ensure the services are provided fully and with complete attention to the clients specific needs and skin types. I have been getting waxed for a long long time, and it’s been a struggle to find someone I felt comfortable with as I’m newer to this area. I had a rather negative experience at a competing brand a few months back. I’m so so so glad I found this business, and specifically the esthetician. Hope was fantastic, really gentle and managed to be both very professional and friendly at the same time. My body is smooth with minimal irritation (my skin is particularly sensitive, she took great care) and my eyebrows are about as perfect as they could be. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I’ll most definitely be returning!
