Store is so upscale and clean, but also so welcoming/warm feeling, front desk always has the nicest receptionist, and my waxer/ esthetician Emma is literally the best!! So professional, yet so personable too! And does the best job!!

The staff is always so friendly and kind. We had a weird situation where myself and another person with a name that sounds like mine had appointments about the same time. So we had a little mix up, but it was handled with such grace and compassion for everyone involved that it wasn't a big deal!
