The salon is beautiful, I was offered beverages right when I walked in, my information was saved on file and brought up immediately, all I had to do was walk in. My esthetician Savannah was incredible. She walked me through everything and was super comforting and easy to talk to.

I had a great experience at Urban Waxx Fishers Landing. I was with Savanna. She was great!! I hardly felt anything that she was doing. She explained everything she was doing prior to doing it, so I was prepared!! I would highly recommend both her and Urban Waxx

Store is so upscale and clean, but also so welcoming/warm feeling, front desk always has the nicest receptionist, and my waxer/ esthetician Emma is literally the best!! So professional, yet so personable too! And does the best job!!
