I like how this business has found a balance between friendliness and professionalism. There techniques are precise and the technicians are very knowledgeableabout what they do. My eyebrows are always done excellent and to my liking. Lastly the price is reasonable not to high leaving room for tipping.

Kerry is the absolute best. Not only does she make my eyebrows look fantastic, she is a joy to talk with. I love the friendly, clean, stylish environment of Urban Waxx and the fact that they offer mimosas in addition to a pretty-legit little snack bar. It's a great place and worth the price!

I would highly recommend Urban Waxx. The facility was clean & pleasant, maybe a little cool but all in all it was nice. My esthetician, Krystal, was fantastic!Very professional but engaging & intelligent. She knows her stuff well!
