Hope is the best eyebrow tinter and waxer that I have ever had and I have been waxing and tinting my eyebrows for over a decade. She is professional, kind, and fun to talk to. I look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks and never miss an appointment. The one time I had to go with somebody else I couldn't wait to get back to Hope, the lady was super nice and everything I'm not saying anything bad about her she just wasn't on Hopes level. I will follow hope wherever she goes, if she'll let me LOL, because she is awesome. She is unparalleled in her technique and her shaping abilities. I don't have any eyebrows but when I leave there I have eyebrows I love. Hope is the reason I continue going back to Urban Wax. You guys are great as far as how you set up the payments and the ladies in the front are always super nice but Hope is the real reason I keep coming back. You guys are also really close to my house so don't lose Hope, because it's awesome having somebody that so good so close to my house and so convenient.
