Diane is absolutely amazing! I got a brow wax and tint and a Brazilian and she did such a good job. I am wedding ready thanks to her ! :)

Wow. Made an honest mistake and thought my appt was Sunday instead of Saturday. I got their message, phoned them, said I could come as early as immediately and her response was we will have to charge you for the missed appt. I haven't done this before. Needless to say I won't be back. Such poor customer service and no regard considering they lost a client.

Staff is friendly, great service and always on time. Emma is awesome! Love her! All the staff has been so nice every time I go in.

I love going to Urban Waxx bc Tiana C does an amazing job on my brow and lip wax! I don't trust just anyone with my brows bc once you mess those up, there's no fixing them until they grow out! Tiana is always so smiley and makes it fun! I definitely recommend her if you need a wax person!

The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They allow appropriate appointment time lengths to ensure the services are provided fully and with complete attention to the clients specific needs and skin types. I have been getting waxed for a long long time, and it's been a struggle to find someone I felt comfortable with as I'm newer to this area. I had a rather negative experience at a competing brand a few months back. I'm so so so glad I found this business, and specifically the esthetician. Hope was fantastic, really gentle and managed to be both very professional and friendly at the same time. My body is smooth with minimal irritation (my skin is particularly sensitive, she took great care) and my eyebrows are about as perfect as they could be. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I'll most definitely be returning!

I look forward to each appointment with Hope. She pays careful attention to detail and never disappoints. After each visit with Hope, I feel better both aesthetically and mentally. If I could give more stars, I would. I also love that I can schedule online, and you can pay completely contactless.

Had an excellent experience here with Hope. My 14 yo had her 1st brow experience here today and although it's never painless, Hope made the experience relaxing and entertaining.

After my daughter, it was my turn. Again, Hope was kind, fast and had us laughing during the whole procedure. And let me say, the pink wax for the Brazilian was the best wax i have ever had used on me.
