• Overall, Urban Waxx is a clean and welcoming facility. Specifically, Julia E was amazing, and this visit was the best (and least painful) waxing experience I've had. She allowed me to feel comfortable and provided a great service. She has a keen attention to detail and seems to take pride in her work. She even looked at my precious visit, noticed the discrepancy in my selection of wax, and asked if I wanted what I got the last visit. She's easy to talk to, checked in with how I was doing, and is everything you could ask for from a wax artist. 10/10.
